Communication Specialist
Hasina Rakotoarisoa is the Communication Specialist for the DECIM Fund, where she leads strategic communication efforts to support the Fund’s mission and strengthen stakeholder engagement. She has 10 years of experience in communication, working across sectors such as emergency response, health, and marine conservation. Even across different fields, her commitment has remained the same: delivering clear, human-centered, and impactful communication. Her role within the DECIM Fund also marks her first experience in an investment fund environment.
Hasina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Antananarivo and a Master’s degree in Social Sciences from the Catholic University of Madagascar. She speaks Malagasy, French, and English.
